If you have SMAS please email 1 photo of yourself to smasvoices@gmail.com The photo can be of you healthy, showing your scars, feeding tubes, your slim figure, or whatever you feel comfortable with. Please include your name if you’d like that in the video as well and your country if outside of the US. Deadline is Nov 30!!
