We know that having procedures can make one feel even more lonely and we’d like to spread a little cheer. If you, or someone you know, with SMAS, is having a procedure done and would like a card, please fill out the form below.

Lisa Brown was a huge advocate for SMAS. She spent her time creating gorgeous cards that she mailed out to her friends and others with SMAS. If you were lucky enough to receive one you know how much love was put into them.

Sue Kibby has volunteered her time to send out cards and we truly appreciate it.
